Production Time

Orders are made on demand through our fulfillment partner. Production typically takes 2–7 business days before shipping.

Shipping Methods

Standard shipping: 3–5 business days (US). Express shipping available at checkout for faster delivery. International orders may take 10–20 business days depending on destination.

Tracking

You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships. Tracking updates are provided by the carrier.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, contact us within 14 days of delivery. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue or replace the item.

Address Errors

Sk4te is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. Double-check your shipping address before checkout.
