Orders & Payment

All orders are processed through Stripe. Prices are in USD. You agree to provide accurate shipping and billing information. Orders cannot be modified once submitted.

Intellectual Property

All Sk4te designs, logos, and branding are the property of Sk4te. Unauthorized reproduction, resale, or distribution is prohibited.

Product Descriptions

We aim for accurate descriptions and photos. Minor color variations may occur due to screen settings and printing processes. This does not qualify as a defect.

Liability

Sk4te is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from product use. Our maximum liability is limited to the purchase price of the item.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of New Jersey, USA.
